Welcome

The Margaret River region holds a special place in the hearts of all Western Australians. It’s a place of stunning natural beauty, unique native species and a coastal landscape like no other. It’s a place we love for its beaches, vineyards, blue skies and rolling surf. It’s also a place of deep spiritual and cultural significance to WA’s Noongar people.

The Gnarabup Project aims to share the beauty of the region with visitors from across Australia and the world. We are planning a world-class international tourism destination that will benefit from a premium hospitality offering, while also offering additional accommodation options for Western Australians to visit the region.

Most importantly, our vision is to produce a tourism destination that sits sensitively and sustainably within the coastal landscape and the Margaret River community.

This site is intended to provide information about the project, and answer some common questions about the location, planning, design, environmental and cultural aspects of the development.
